Fun Competition, Unite as One

 In active response to the national fitness initiative for employees issued by the Suichuan County Federation of Trade Unions, to enrich staff’s cultural and recreational life and strengthen team cohesion, the Trade Union of Zhiboxin Jiangxi Base organized an elite team to participate in the 1st Suichuan High-Tech Zone Fun Sports Meeting. The event, themed "Fun Competition, Uniting Hearts and Strengths, Forging Ahead Toward a Brighter Future", was held at Jiangling Hope Primary School on May 10.

This sports meeting gathered a total of 22 teams from various institutions and enterprises in the High-Tech Zone. Attaching great importance to the event, the Trade Union of Zhiboxin Group Jiangxi Base made elaborate preparations in advance. Led personally by the union chairman, a team of 50 employees was organized, fully prepared and in high spirits.

With tacit cooperation and the spirit of striving for excellence, the athletes from Zhiboxin achieved outstanding results, winning the Second Prize in the Group Overall Competition and the Championship in the Tug-of-War event, successfully completing the competition mission.

Before troops march, provisions go ahead. The Trade Union of Zhiboxin Jiangxi Base immediately set up a special preparation team to conduct overall planning and coordination for the event.

Extensive mobilization and selection of the best: Through internal notices and departmental advocacy, employees were encouraged to take an active part. Outstanding staff from all departments were finally selected, balancing professional competitiveness and widespread participation.

Scientific training and improvement of weaknesses: A scientific training plan was formulated for each competition event. The team focused on polishing strength skills and rhythmic coordination for the tug-of-war, and organized all participants to get familiar with the rules of fun games.

Full logistical support with no worries behind: The preparation team prepared drinking water, first-aid supplies and other materials in advance, allowing all team members to devote themselves wholeheartedly to training and competitions.

On the day of the competition, all Zhiboxin players dressed in unified uniforms and were in high spirits. In the fun events, everyone worked together with tacit understanding and mutual trust. They went all out in both group and individual competitions, demonstrating strong team cohesion. Meanwhile, non-participating employees spontaneously formed a cheerleading squad on the sidelines, cheering loudly and creating a lively atmosphere at the scene.

The tug-of-war event became the biggest highlight of the whole games. A classic contest that tests teamwork and willpower, it saw Zhiboxin’s athletes stay calm and focused from the group stage all the way to the final. Gripping the rope tightly, bracing their feet against the ground, and leaning back in unison, they pulled together to the chants of “One, two, pull! One, two, pull!”

Every pull embodied the team’s collective strength, and every moment of resolve reflected their unyielding spirit. Thanks to their steady performance and indomitable fighting will, they overcame all opponents and claimed the championship in the tug-of-war event, proving with action that “Unity is strength”.

In the competition for the overall team score, all participants delivered steady performances and strove for excellence in every event. They ultimately won the Second Prize in the Overall Team Competition, bringing honor to the company.

This fun sports meeting achieved results beyond expectations, serving as an important platform to unite team strength and carry forward corporate culture.
