On April 15, 2026, the Zhiboxin Human Resources Management Center organized a unique "New Employees, Heart Connection" staff symposium. New colleagues from various departments including Finance, Procurement, IT, Human Resources & Administration, and Marketing Management engaged in face-to-face dialogues with the company's management. They shared their Confusion, put forward suggestions, and discussed their gains.

Prior to the meeting, we collected 18 anonymous questionnaires.
The data revealed that 94% of new colleagues rated their onboarding experience as having "met expectations" or "exceeded expectations".
The aspects that garnered the highest satisfaction were: team atmosphere, guidance from leadership, and the office environment.
The top three concerns among everyone were: probation period assessment criteria, cross-departmental collaboration, and workload allocation.
This data formed the "action list" for this symposium.

Yunhui from the Financial Management Center shared her thoughts: "Since joining the company, I’ve felt that the work atmosphere here is fair and equal, with sincere communication among colleagues. My leader also assigned me the task of connecting with the ERP system, which has helped me grow professionally."
Jiacheng from the Information Management Center suggested: "I hope there will be opportunities to organize business process training sessions, so we can better familiarize ourselves with the company’s operations such as order placement, procurement, and production. This would enable us to more effectively address issues from other departments."
Yongheng from the Marketing Management Center confidently took the stage to express his recognition of the company, saying emotionally: "This has been the fastest I’ve ever settled into a new role since starting my career."
Xiaoqun, a colleague from the Supply Chain Management Center, spoke sincerely: "Previously, my understanding of the PCB industry was very superficial. After joining Zhiboxin, I’ve gained a renewed perspective on this field. PCBs are used everywhere in daily life, and I feel honored to be part of this big family. I will strive to learn more about it going forward."

This symposium specially invited several executives including Vice President Huang from the Marketing Management Center, General Manager Fan from the Financial Management Center, and General Manager Li from the Supply Chain Management Center to share their career experiences from back in the day.
Mr. Huang, with 20 years of experience in the PCB industry, shared:
"The PCB industry has only been developing in our country for 40 years; it's still a sunrise industry. Choosing a good industry, settling down, delving deep into your specialty, and making yourself irreplaceable—that is the greatest value in a career."
He also encouraged young employees: "The challenges you face right now may seem overwhelming, but what you truly need is development, a promising future, and the realization of your self-worth. Zhiboxin is precisely such a platform."
Mr. Fan advised everyone: "Find your own value in your work, and master your profession thoroughly."
Mr. Li reflected on his work experience in a Japanese-funded enterprise: "In the past, I might only see my superior a few times all year. But at Zhiboxin, you can communicate with leadership anytime. This is a significant advantage. Everyone should make good use of this open environment."

In response to the most pressing concerns of new colleagues regarding probationary assessment standards, regularization procedures, and salary adjustment and promotion mechanisms, the HR team provided clear answers on the spot.

General Manager Li from the Supply Chain Management Center also addressed questions on cross-departmental collaboration during the session: "Choice is a two-way street. Only when the client perceives your value will you have a say."
Manager Li from the Financial Management Center, who oversees group-wide related matters, expressed willingness to serve as a support resource to help new employees resolve cross-departmental communication issues.

The Vice President of Human Resources announced the following commitments during the concluding remarks:
A standardized mechanism for employee training and probationary period management regulations will be established.
This symposium marks a positive beginning, and similar activities will be conducted on an ongoing basis in the future.
